We consider all sales final. We do not accept returns on any research compounds. The sensitive nature of these materials prevents us from restocking them securely. You assume full responsibility for your purchase once the order processes.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all products before shipping. You must inspect your items immediately upon delivery. You must report any shipping damage or material defects within twenty-four hours of receipt. We require clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the original packaging. We will send a replacement for validated claims. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged goods.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

We ship to addresses across the entire state. We rely on official carrier tracking data to confirm delivery. We will replace packages marked as lost in transit by the carrier. We do not refund or replace packages marked as delivered. You must ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.

Refund Processing

We issue refunds solely at our discretion. We approve refunds only for order processing errors made by our staff. We apply approved refunds directly to your original payment method. You will see the credit on your statement within several business days.

Order Cancellations

We process orders rapidly. You cannot cancel an order once it enters the fulfillment phase. You must contact support immediately if you need to cancel a newly placed order. We cannot intercept packages once they leave our facility.
